You may use this site to browse our inventory, read our editorial, and contact our specialists. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use, or extract data from it by automated means.

Listings and availability

Every watch we list is a single physical piece. Availability changes quickly and a listing may be sold or withdrawn before your enquiry reaches us. Prices, specifications, and photographs are provided in good faith but do not form a binding offer until a specialist confirms a transaction in writing.

Descriptions and condition

Pre owned and vintage watches carry wear consistent with their age. We describe condition as accurately as we can and encourage you to ask for additional photographs or an in person viewing at our Clearwater showroom before committing.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, and design of this site belong to us or to our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Watch brand names and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. We are an independent dealer and are not an authorised agent of the manufacturers whose watches we trade.

Links to other sites

Where we link to third party sites we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided on an as is basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and nothing on this site is investment advice. The value of a watch can rise or fall.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

Authentication

Every watch we sell is inspected in house before it is offered. Inspection covers the case, dial, hands, bracelet, movement, and any accompanying box and papers. Where a piece has been serviced or has replaced parts, we disclose what we know.

Orders and acceptance

An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing and payment has cleared. Until then a watch remains available to other clients. We may decline an order if we cannot verify identity or payment, or if the listing contained an error.

Pricing, taxes, and duties

Prices are shown in US dollars. Florida sales tax is applied where required. For shipments outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment

We accept bank wire transfer and the card methods shown at checkout. For higher value pieces we may require a wire transfer. Watches are released only after funds have fully cleared.

Shipping, title, and risk

We ship fully insured with a signature required on delivery. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please inspect the parcel before signing and report any damage to the carrier and to us the same day.

Inspection period and returns

You may inspect a watch bought remotely for three business days from delivery. If it does not match its description, contact us within that window and return it unworn, unaltered, and complete with all accessories for a refund of the purchase price.

Watches collected in person at the showroom, special orders, and pieces altered at your request are final sale.

Your ownership and authority

By submitting a watch you confirm that you own it outright, that it is free of any loan, lien, or claim, and that you are legally able to sell it. You also confirm that it is genuine to the best of your knowledge and that you have disclosed any service history, replaced parts, or damage you are aware of.

Submission and appraisal

Submitting a watch through this site starts a conversation, not a binding sale. A specialist reviews your photographs and details, then confirms an indicative figure. Any figure quoted before physical inspection is provisional and may change once we have the watch in hand.

Inspection and authentication

Once we receive the watch we inspect and authenticate it. If it differs materially from what was described, we will tell you and either revise the offer or return the watch to you at our cost.

Consignment terms

For consigned pieces, you set the asking price with guidance from our specialists and you approve any offer before it is accepted. Our commission is agreed in writing before the watch is listed and is deducted from the sale proceeds, so the net figure you are quoted is the figure you receive.

Custody and insurance

Watches held by us are stored securely and are insured while in our care. Shipping to us should use the insured, tracked method we arrange or approve.

Payment

For an outright sale we pay once inspection is complete and the sale is agreed. For a consignment we pay after the buyer has completed payment and any inspection period has closed. Payment is made by bank transfer to an account in your name.

Withdrawing a watch

You may withdraw a consigned watch that has not yet been sold. If we have already incurred costs such as photography, servicing, or shipping, those costs may be recoverable. Your specialist will set out any such amount before you consign.

What is covered

We warrant that the movement of a watch sold by us will be free from defects in mechanical function for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a covered fault appears in that period we will repair the watch, or replace or refund it where repair is not practical.

What is not covered

• Normal wear to the case, bracelet, strap, crystal, or finish
• Water damage, impact damage, or damage from misuse or accident
• Batteries, straps, and other consumable parts
• Work carried out by a watchmaker we did not authorise
• Loss of time within the tolerance stated by the manufacturer for that calibre

Vintage and collectible pieces

Watches described as vintage are sold as period pieces. They are checked and, where needed, serviced before sale, but they are not held to modern accuracy or water resistance standards. Coverage on vintage pieces is confirmed in writing at the time of sale.

Manufacturer warranties

Where a watch is still inside its manufacturer warranty and is accompanied by valid papers, that coverage may run alongside ours. Manufacturer terms are set by the brand and are outside our control.

Making a claim

Contact us before sending anything. We will confirm whether the fault is covered and arrange insured shipping or a showroom appointment. Please keep your invoice, as proof of purchase is required for any claim.

Our site uses cookies to keep sessions working and to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.

How long we keep information

We keep transaction records for as long as required to service the sale and to satisfy legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are kept only as long as they are useful, then deleted.

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. You may also ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

Security

Watch photographs, valuations, and contact details are held on access controlled systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive financial details by email.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
